News: Maren Morris Announces Debut Australian Headline Tour for 2026

American singer-songwriter Maren Morris will bring her celebrated voice and genre-defying catalogue to Australian and New Zealand stages in early 2026, announcing her debut headline tour of the region.

Set to perform in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney before continuing to Auckland and Christchurch, The Dreamsicle Tour ’26 follows the release of Morris’s latest album D R E A M S I C L E — a collection described as her most vulnerable and musically liberated work to date. The album builds on the themes introduced in her 2024 EP Intermission, delving into grief, growth, and emotional transformation.

Morris first gained international recognition with platinum hits such as The Middle, The Bones, and My Church, and has since remained one of country and pop’s most boundary-pushing figures. Her critically acclaimed albums HERO, GIRL, and Humble Quest solidified her place as a powerful voice in contemporary music — one as comfortable in traditional storytelling as she is in progressive sonic experimentation.

Now, with D R E A M S I C L E, Morris offers listeners an introspective journey through heartbreak and healing, supported by tracks such as carry me through and bed no breakfast. The upcoming tour promises a mix of intimate performance and dynamic showmanship, reflecting the emotional depth of the new material while honouring the beloved hits that first brought her to international attention.

A GRAMMY winner and having shared stages with artists ranging from Zedd and Taylor Swift to The Highwomen and Hozier, Morris remains a commanding live presence. Her Australian debut will be one of the year’s most anticipated events for fans of genre-fluid, emotionally resonant music.
