At its core, Person is a concept album—an intricate narrative that chronicles the evolution of a relationship over time. Weaving together nostalgic melodies with modern sonic ambition, the band draws inspiration from decades of musical influence, creating a sound that is as timeless as it is forward-thinking.
Reflecting on the album’s creation, the band shares:
“About two years after releasing LIFT, we wanted to explore something uncharted for us. Our goal was to create the kind of psychedelic album we’d want to hear—one that resonated the way records from Stevie Wonder, Radiohead, and Tame Impala have for us. It had to be groove-driven, immersive, sometimes overwhelming, sometimes strange, but always a singular work of art. Over eight years, we refined every detail—writing, tweaking, mixing, and remixing—until we landed on something we’re incredibly proud of. Person is an unpredictable ride through the life cycle of a relationship, with all its peaks and valleys. Like any great journey, it leaves you changed.”
