Olivia Dean’s upcoming Australian tour is now essentially sold out, confirming just how dramatically her profile has expanded over the past year. What was already shaping as a major return now looks more like a full arrival moment.
Since releasing her debut album Messy in 2023, Dean’s rise has been steady, but 2026 has pushed things into another orbit altogether. In January, Billboard named her Rookie of the Year before she appeared on The Graham Norton Showperforming ‘So Easy (To Fall In Love)’. A month later, her duet with Sam Fender, ‘Rein Me In’, climbed to number one in the UK after an extraordinary 35-week run inside the Top 40.
Then came the awards sweep. February saw Olivia Dean take home four BRIT Awards before winning the Grammy for Best New Artist in the same month, cementing what had already become one of the fastest-growing success stories in British music.
With the tour now effectively at capacity these shows are shaping up less as standard album dates and more as the point where a rapidly growing audience catches up to an artist already moving into a much larger cultural space.
