News: Paolo Nutini announced to play State Theatre, Sydney in April 2023.

Bluesfest Touring have announced the return of Paolo Nutini to Australian shores after an absence of eight long years, with the singer-songwriter often referred to as a superstar in waiting, to play at the State Theatre, Sydney this coming April.

Touring his 2022 album Last Night In the Bittersweet, Paolo Nutini’s fans were brought to tears during his spectacular show, which sold out London’s Alexandra Palace 10,400 seats twice last month.

Son of Italian immigrants, the Scottish born singer songwriter has a voice with as much juxtaposition as his Scottish drawl has with his Italian name and looks.

Nutini’s ‘Last Night In The Bittersweet’ album is his third number one album in the UK Album Charts, with his first music release in eight years knocking Harry Styles off the number one spot.

He has previously topped the UK Album Chart with 2009’s Sunny Side Up and once again with Caustic Love in 2014, while his debut album These Streets peaked at number three in 2006 in the UK Charts.

Paolo Nutini will be performing at the State Theatre Wednesday 12 April 2023.
