The Fever Dreams are swapping thrashing guitars for flirtatious grooves, charming vocals and driving drums on their newest single, ‘Running’, marking a change of pace that once again highlights the band’s versatility.
While the five-piece may be exploring a gentler sound, the hallmarks of The Fever Dreams remain firmly in place. Shrewd riffing and a steadily climbing vocal performance give the track its familiar character, while the band’s approach feels more suited to lighters in the air than clenched-fist moshpits.
