Bristol-born producer Sam Jackson is releasing his new single under his Einsam moniker on March 19th, and we’re delighted to premiere it right here on Backseat Mafia today.
After living in Austria for the last four year, it made sense for Sam to adopt the Einsam name – a word that means ‘onesome’ in German, and incorporates his own name within it.
Of the song, Sam explains its about things being constant and arranged like as long journey. Certainly, from the opening piano riffs and stuttering electro sounds it’s something that envelops you, the warm vocals sanguine against these contstantly evolving accompaniments, that chime and bubble, all soaked in this rather lovely electronic haze.
