SEE: Sigma’s ‘High On You’: it’s a summer club earworm

SIGMA, who garnered a Brit Awards nomination in 2015 for their chart-topping “Nobody To Love” are back with another, windows-down, sultry summer city evening earworm in the shape of “High On You”, featuring the vocal talents of fellow Brits nominee and chart-topper John Newman.

Sitting on the foundations of a classic piano house intro, the track builds into a shades-on club colossus with John’s vocal delivery and a crowd chant of that title hookline.

Sigma said: “‘High On You’ is about relationships, love, meeting someone that gives you that high feeling. It’s a feel-good tune with a positive message.

“We’ve wanted to work with John for ages … we’re huge fans of his, so it was great to finally get the opportunity. We jumped in the studio, wrote a few songs and this came out as being an overall favourite.”

John Newman added: “I’m so hyped about this summer anthem! ‘High On You’ is a song that praises the simplicities of my relationship with my wife. [I’ve] always wanted to work with the Sigma guys as their productions excite the f**k out of me!”
