Track: Critics – All I Wanna Know

Dirt-pop band from London, CRITICS, have just released their debut single ‘All I Wanna Know’, introducing themselves to the world with funky pop that holds a sinister edge. The single was released on 3rd March 2017 through their own record label, officially cementing their presence in the music industry and setting the foundations for something much bigger.

CRITICS formed in the summer of 2014, working hard to produce the sound you hear today. The new track “deals with letting go of people who choose to leave our lives; it challenges those who doubted you by detailing the want for revenge in the best way – success,” explains lead singer Lynn Paighton.

The video opens with the phrase “This Is The Future”, a warning before introducing you to the darkly-lit band, sitting in thrones and surrounded by psychedelic scribbles. ‘All I Wanna Know’ is a punchy, pop-rock track, illustrated by the colourful chaos that depicts the lyrics, keeping hold of the attitude as CRITICS sing about the end of a rather toxic relationship.

The trio are heading out on tour with Scottish neon-rock band Vukovi later this March, giving them a chance to share their new songs with the people of Glasgow and London and a few places in between.  Full tour details and tickets are available below.
