Exit Kid have shared their new track ‘Sura’, ahead of the band’s upcoming summer shows and following on from the release of May’s alt-rock stomper ‘Out Of Time’ and their acclaimed ‘Basis’ EP in late 2021.
Detailing their new track, Türkmen explained:
“Sura is about the futility of trying to please everyone and the disconnect between who we claim to be and who we really are”.
The track is dominated by the superb rip-roaring guitars and Türkmen’s hypnotic falsetto on the chorus before mellowing out into a dream sequence of chorus-drenched guitars and gentle vocals. A raw and ferocious effort by the duo who have turned things up a notch on this new track.
