News: Switzerland gears up for Edge of The Lake Festival

Nestled smack bang in the middle of the Swiss Alps and on the edge of idyllic Lake Géronde, the aptly named Edge of The Lake Festival returns for a ninth year.  The festival is very popular with music lovers from all over Europe, with organisers promising to “absorb the people in a eco, festive, hot and relaxed atmosphere”.  In addition to the visual arts programs and family-friendly activities, music this year comes from La Rochelle Band, Boogie Belgique, Bonobo, our favourite wordsmith Akua Nara and a hotly anticipated DJ set from Leeds’ very own Nightmares on Wax.  Edge of The Lake Festival costs a bargainous €36 for the 3 days and looks set to be a top weekend.

Edge of The Lake Festival takes place between 26-28th June 2015 in the incredibly beautiful Swiss Alps. Tickets available from here.
