Live Gallery: Hot Milk at Mary’s Underground, Sydney 8.12.2023

hot milk

On a sweltering evening that perfectly matches their name, Hot Milk take to the stage in front of a packed and enthusiastic crowd, turning the heat up even further with a scorching live show. Han Mee and Jim Shaw, the charismatic co-vocalists, command Mary’s Underground with a blend of raw emotion and polished skill.

The heat, oppressive at first, becomes a part of the show, a character in itself. It seems to fuel the band, their energy undiminished, even as sweat streams down their faces. The crowd, a sea of raised arms and ecstatic faces, is with them every step of the way, the heat forgotten in the face of the raw, unfiltered passion on stage.
