Live Gallery: Picture This Bring Irish Charm as Tom Grennan Shines at Sydney’s Liberty Hall 10.10.2025

Ireland’s Picture This brought their unmistakable mix of sincerity and polish to Sydney’s Liberty Hall, proving exactly why they’ve become one of the most successful Irish bands of their generation. Their sound, blending emotional clarity with soaring pop hooks, carried the same spirit that’s made them a phenomenon back home: three number-one albums, over 450 million streams, and a live résumé that includes five sold-out nights at Dublin’s 3Arena and a headline slot at Electric Picnic’s main stage.

It was a fitting warm-up for Tom Grennan, one of the UK’s most successful solo artists of recent years. With Brit and Ivor Novello nominations, three gold-selling albums, and billions of streams to his name, Grennan has evolved from a singer-songwriter into a fully fledged pop powerhouse. His forthcoming fourth album, Everywhere I Went Led Me to Where I Didn’t Want to Be, signals yet another leap — a collaboration with hitmaker Justin Tranter that promises to fuse Grennan’s soulful energy with the flair of George Michael and Prince.

Together, Picture This and Grennan created an evening that celebrated artistic persistence and emotional honesty — two acts at different points in their journeys, both defined by their ability to make vulnerability sound like triumph.
