Wow what a night it was at Northumbria University with a sold out show and the whole crowd being excited to see their favourite band in such amazing beautiful venue. Support came from The Dream Machine who filled the venue with their amazing sound with pounding drums and fabulous textures from the guitarist, along with the lead singers smooth vocals and out of this world synths.

Headliners The Lathums came on stage to the track ‘Sweet Caroline’ accompanied by the crowd, hands going up in the air, singing along as the lights went down and the band took to the stage. The band blew the crowd away using beautiful melodies combined with jangling guitars and huge glitter balls cascading golden light on to the audience. Half way through the show, lead singer Alex Moore sat down and was taken in the moment of the crowd screaming from the top of their lungs, the noise echoing throughout the venue. It was a special gig at a special venue that neither the band nor their fans will forget
