Oxfordshire rockers Whyte Lights are preparing to release their debut single, Go Get it. The quartet – Josh Rawle (Bass/Vocals), Alex Rawle (Guitar/Vocals), Jonny Morrison (Guitar) and Jamie Langford (Drums), have been building something of a following, already recieving support from Aaron Phillips Amazing Radio Rock show and playing shows with VANT and High Tyde.

Go get it mixes up Oasis like swagger with Stones and (approaching) Zeppelin-like riffs, with Rawle arid vocal line shooting for the stars right away. As it unfurls so it becomes more scuffed and scruffy, the guitar more wiry, before it changes tack and provides some ebb to work against the flow. Best of all (even better than the spectacular drumming and singalong ending) are those heavy riffs and catchy chorus’. A damn fine effort – check it out.
