News: Adelaide hosts the Spin Off Festival in July and Heaps Good Festival in January.


The superb Spin Off Festival returns to Adelaide this year on Friday, 22 July at the Adelaide Showgrounds after a two-year break, presented by Secret Sound and triple J.

If you can’t make it to the Splendor in the Grass Festival, this is the perfect alternative for Adelaide with some of the top acts from Splendor coming over to take part.

This year sees an incredible amount of talented indie alternative music, including:

Glass Animals, G Flip, Jack Harlow, Spacey Jane, Oliver Tree, Ball Park Music, Tate McRae, Genesis Owusu, The Chats, Beddy Rays and Adelaide’s own Teenage Joans.

Not only will you see some of the world’s biggest musicians you can indulge in some of the best street food trucks Adelaide has to offer as well as market stalls. Take in the whole festival view by taking a ride on the Ferris wheel and enjoy the lights of the night from the top.

Heaps Good is a new one day festival in the heart of Adelaide featuring a selection of the best international and local talent from the Falls lineup, all ready to keep the new year celebrations rolling on Friday 6 January at the Adelaide Showground.
 
The Festival will take place across two carefully programmed stages, including a warehouse style area designed especially for the ultimate electronic music experience.
