One of modern post-hardcore’s most compelling bands, Dayseeker will return to Australia in February 2027 for their biggest headline tour to date, joined by an international support lineup featuring Jutes, Silent Planet and SACE6.
The national run begins in Perth before heading to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with the Melbourne show at Margaret Court Arena and Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion marking the largest Australian headline performances of the Southern California band’s career.
Since forming in 2012, Dayseeker have steadily expanded their sound beyond their post-hardcore origins, blending soaring melodies, atmospheric electronics and deeply personal songwriting. Albums including Sleeptalk and Dark Sunestablished the band as one of heavy music’s most emotionally resonant acts, while last year’s Creature In The Black Nightfurther cemented that reputation, delivering their first Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay No. 1 single with Crawl Back To My Coffin.
Australian audiences have already embraced the band. Their debut headline tour in 2024 sold out nationally, while their appearance at Good Things Festival in 2025 further demonstrated the group’s ability to translate vulnerability into a powerful live performance.
The tour also marks the first-ever Australian visit for Jutes. The Toronto-born, Los Angeles-based artist has built a rapidly growing audience by fusing alternative rock, hip hop, R&B and heavy music, with releases including Ladybug and Sleepyhead. Ahead of the Australian dates, he is set to release his fourth studio album, Chin Up, Beautiful, following sold-out headline tours across North America and the United Kingdom.
Joining the package are Californian heavyweights Silent Planet, whose blend of post-hardcore, ambient textures and metalcore has made them one of the genre’s most respected modern bands. Following 2023’s Superbloom and their collaborative EP Bloom In Heaven with Invent Animate, Silent Planet return to Australia after impressing local audiences while supporting ERRA in 2025.
Completing the lineup is American duo SACE6, who continue to blur the boundaries between metal, R&B and alternative music. Their debut album brutalist established the duo as one of heavy music’s most intriguing new acts, while their recent Australian tour supporting nothing, nowhere. introduced them to local audiences for the first time.
With four international acts sharing the bill, Dayseeker’s 2027 return shapes up as one of next year’s most substantial heavy music tours, bringing together artists who continue to stretch the boundaries of modern alternative music.
