Vienna-based multidisciplinary artist BRINI returns with ‘The Way I Move’ a vibrant new single that blends the infectious rhythms of amapiano with polished pop and smooth R&B, delivering a sun-soaked, sultry soundtrack celebrating movement, freedom and self-expression.
Known for seamlessly bridging music, dance and entrepreneurship, BRINI has cultivated a creative identity where rhythm extends far beyond sound. As the co-founder of Vienna Heels, Austria’s largest heels dance community, she has spent years empowering people to embrace confidence, artistry and emotional expression through movement. That same philosophy forms the heartbeat of her latest release, which explores not only physical dance, but also the ways people move through life, relationships and personal growth.
‘The Way I Move’ was born during an intensely creative period in June 2025, when BRINI challenged herself to write a new song every day from her home studio. Rather than pursuing a predetermined concept or commercial sound, she embraced experimentation and authenticity, allowing ideas to unfold naturally. Among those daily creations, one song stood out.
Written during what she describes as a personal home writing camp, ‘The Way I Move’ emerged organically as she explored new musical directions while searching for ideas that genuinely reflected her artistic identity.
Reflecting on the track, BRINI explains: “The Way I Move correlates to my dance journey and love for music and movement but also the way you move through life.”
Throughout the single, themes of confidence, joy, freedom and self-expression are woven into a warm, uplifting production that feels equally at home on sunset playlists, dance floors and everyday moments alike.
Musically, ‘The Way I Move’ combines the unmistakable pulse of amapiano with irresistible pop melodies and sleek R&B textures. Drawing inspiration from artists including Snoh Aalegra, Victoria Monét, Tyla, Disclosure, Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson, BRINI approaches songwriting through both sound and movement, crafting music designed to be experienced physically as well as emotionally.
Beyond its musical ambitions, the single also carries a meaningful social purpose. Proceeds from ‘The Way I Move’ will be donated to ZARA, Austria’s leading anti-racism organisation and a prominent advocate against online hate. Through the release, BRINI hopes to celebrate the enduring influence of Black culture on contemporary music while supporting initiatives that promote inclusion, education and equality.
With ‘The Way I Move,’ BRINI delivers more than a summer anthem. It is a statement of purpose. By combining infectious grooves with a message rooted in balance, belonging and empowerment, the Vienna artist continues to expand a creative vision that unites music, movement and meaningful change.
