Taken from their forthcoming debut album ‘Social Crutch’, Los Angeles post-punk / Slow-core trio Gold Cage have released a new video for the track ‘Repeater Kember’.
The trio, singer/bassist Mony Katz, singer/guitarist Cole Devine, and drummer Sage Ross, mix up guitar loops, duel vocals and slow inexorable journeys in its music, and Repeater Kember is typical of the bands output. This wiry guitar figure gives the track an uneasy feeling at the beginning, as it unfurls into this drone-like slab of noise rock, sauntering along its arid path, the ethereal vocals draped over it.
