London electro-R&B artist Jones recently released Indulge, her debut EP to much fawning and critical acclaim. She followed it up by selling our her upcoming live date at St Pancras Old Church in November and appeared on Jools Holland. Now she’s released a new video for the title track of the EP, which will also take its place on her debut album ‘New Skin’, due out in Spring 2016.
Indulge is a soft, romantic look at love, all wrapped up in a gently rolling electro-R&B beat, with shimmering synths and just a touch of the organic with these feathery guitar lines, just for good measure. The warmth, partly provided by this simmering bassline, purveys all the way through it and its wrapped in this slice of perfect pop.
