See: The Psychotic Monks share ‘Closure’ ahead of their LP for new label FatCat

RECENTLY signed to FatCat Records, France’s The Psychotic Monks have shared “Closure” ahead of the release of their second album, Private Meaning First, set for release via the Brighton based label.

A visceral racket of gothic-stained psychedelia meets cacophonous post-punk, The Psychotic Monks whirl up a distorted racket that’s like a cauldron of Girl Band and A Place To Bury Strangers mixed together. A tinnitus inducing wall-of-noise, Psychotic Monks have seemingly made the soundtrack to the sound of claustrophobia itself. It’s a brilliantly bleak, angst-filled sonic boom fitting for these dreary times that we’re in.

Listen to the newest single from the ever-great outfit and be sure to catch them live when restrictions are lifted.
