Taken from their upcoming debut album Pathways and Passeges, Cosmic Vibrations, out via Spiritmuse Records on September 29th – the six piece jazz ensemble led by acclaimed vocalist Dwight Trible have released a new single, Nature’s Vision.
Transcendent and spiritual, Nature’s Vision creeps along at first, full of indigenous sounds and almost drones, hypnotic music. Saxophone and percussion interjections point here and there and draw your focus, but it’s Trible laying down his spoken word poetry that really holds your attention, and as it begins to unfurl, so the ambience begins to clear into a more focused track, and Trible scats alongside.
