Indica Blues are a four-piece psychedelic doom band from Oxford, U.K. Recently signed to APF records they are set to release their debut album ‘We Are Doomed’ due 12th February. Along with the album news the band have shared the video for the title track.
On the new video for ‘We Are Doomed,’ Tom Pilsworth (guitars/vocals) comments,
“This song is our vision of near future nuclear annihilation, written in response to the chaotic world events of the last four years. We spent six hours in pouring rain at an abandoned cold war missile facility with director Josh Horwood and his team, and he couldn’t of done a better job. We hope people enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it.”
‘We Are Doomed’ sounds like a pop track slowed right down to reveal a menacing guitar riff as the track is dragged along by the clattering of cymbals and Pilsworth’s calm vocals that perfectly sit on top of the bass rumbling that is the backbone of this track.
