Track: Lee Ritenour releases title track from forthcoming Dreamcatcher album

There isn’t much that legendary jazz / fusion guitarist Lee Ritenour hasn’t achieved in his long career. He’s worked with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Pink Floyd, B.B. King and Tony Bennett to name a few, as well as leading the 90’s supergroup Fourplay, releasing a host of his own solo albums along the way.

Out on 4th December via The Players Club is the latest record from Ritenour, Dreamcatcher, and from it he’s released the title track. It’s a quietly bubbling acoustic number, that’s heavy on understated technique as layers lap against eachother. It sways heavily towards the Brazilian music he’s become known as a leading exponent of, but there’s some lovely bluesy, jazz touches as well. Beautiful stuff.
