After sharing the lead single ‘Damned Earth‘ last month, France’s space loving metal band Pathfinders have shared the video for ‘Imposters’ taking from their album ‘Ares Vallis’ due due April 16th via Music-Records.
Eerie beginnings with some sampled space launch chatter the song announces itself with single chord stabs and crash of drums that soon pickup a crackling drum beat and a rolling guitar riff. Melodic guitar picks out the chorus over the screamed growls from Clément Levy who also manages to deliver some higher pitched screaming which adds to the controlled chaos of the music giving a paranoid edgy feel. A brief pose brings on some superb finger work from the guitar solo as the track draws to a close screaming till the end.
