Track: The Good Love have ‘Too Much To Dream’, a harmony-laden ray of goodness, as they go out on tour.

Following up their earlier single ‘Sometime Sunshine’ premiered here on Backseat Mafia, NSW outfit The Good Love return with another serving of radiant sunshine in their new single ‘Too Much To Dream’. The track has all the sweetness of something by The Beach Boys, with layered harmonies and rousing melodies. The bucolic feelings are enhanced by the fun-filled video of the band collecting together in the bright sunshine and performing in a moody, atmospheric space with camaraderie and joy.

The meaning of the track, according to the band, is filled with the potential and mutability of love:

‘Too Much To Dream’ depicts the universal narrative of literally having ‘too much to dream’ when it comes to love. It takes the listener through a journey through the unknowingness of love, and the constant uncertainty in wondering whether it will stick around or leave like the wind.

The band are perfecting a brand of sun-bleached pastoral bliss that radiates through every pore of the track and video:

Just the panacea for our dark times. ‘Too Much to Dream’ is out now and can be downloaded and streamed here.
