Manchester rapper Black Josh shares a new single from his forthcoming album, Mannyfornia, which drops June 10th, on British label Blah Records. The song “Wannit All,” features Sleazy F Baby and was produced by Metrodome.
Josh spits over a sputtering, minimalist beat, with an assist from Sleazy. The video looks like a home movie and follows the pair as they engage in shenanigans. They sound unhinged, in a good way, and there is some menace in the air, while they appear to drink copious amounts of syrup and swig from a whiskey bottle. Sleazy’s flow and delivery in this song bear some resemblance to Wu Tang’s Ol’ Dirty Bastard. In March, Josh dropped the equally fine single, “Locals.” Check it!
