Riots. Hard drugs. Strippers. The Stranglers have been there worn the t-shirt ripped it off their backs and thrown it back for another go many many times. 40 years. 40 years of producing and performing songs that both mark and stand, the test of time.

We covered their Ruby Tour show in Sheffield last week. You can never get too much of a good thing, so we were back to see them again when they played Leeds a week later.

Here’s the view from the floor for what was a fantastic romp through one of the greatest bands of the punk/new wave era and beyond.
