News: Bloodstock’s 19-Band Crush For Valentine’s Day

The already monstrous Bloodstock Open Air Festival 2024 have treated us to another colossal announcement to tempt us to their hallowed grounds in August.

A massive 19 more crushing bands have been added to August’s best metal weekender PLUS day tickets are now on sale !!

Reinforcing the Ronnie James Dio Main Stage are Swedish Progressive Metallers Soen and Extreme Metal comedians Raised By Owls on the Sunday, On the Saturday are Ukrainian Melodic Metal storytellers Ignea and British Black Metal outfit Deitus.  

The Sophie Stage is strengthened on the Friday by Atmospheric Metallers Darkest Era, Death Hardcore fusionists Burner, Symphonic Black metallers Haliphron, Irish Death squad Deathcollector, Swedish Metal stalwarts Wolf and the powerhouse Rock trio Haxan who will be opening proceedings on the day.

Boosting the Sophie Stage line up on the Saturday are Las Vegas Industrial squad Combichrist, hot new Alt Rock collective Unpeople, Brit Hardcore newcomers Cauldron, classic Rock N’ Rollers Asomvel and Finnish Deathcore outfit Enemies Everywhere.

The Sophie Stage will also welcome on the Sunday Thrash icons Xentrix, Japanese Samurai Metal warriors Ryujin, Brit Deathcore bruisers Osiah and Melodic Metal six-piece Awake By Design.

This latest batch of bands join the already announced headliners, Opeth, Architects and Amon Amarth who are all UK exclusives, and other heavyweights such as Malevolence (Only UK Fest), Carcass, Hatebreed (30th Anniversary Set), Clutch, Rotting Christ (Only UK fest), Enslaved, Deicide (Only UK Fest), Septic Flesh (Only UK fest), South Of Salem, Evergrey, Igorrr (UK Exclusive) and Satyricon (UK Exclusive)
