Nickelback have added a final Australian date to their massive 2027 Everything Under The Sun Tour, announcing a show at Roche Estate in the Hunter Valley on Sunday 17 October 2027.
The announcement coincides with the release of the Canadian rock giants’ eleventh studio album, Everything Under The Sun, out today via Virgin Music Group.
The Hunter Valley show joins the band’s previously announced Australian arena dates, with British rock outfit Don Broco along for the ride as special guests.
It’s been a big few years for Chad Kroeger and company. Their previous album, Get Rollin’, spawned the fastest-selling and highest-attended tour of their career, while the Netflix documentary Hate to Love: Nickelback offered a revealing look at one of rock’s most commercially successful and frequently divisive bands.
The new album finds Nickelback doing what they do best, delivering muscular riffs and enormous hooks while making room for more personal songwriting. Lead single Rattle The Cage, featuring guitarist John 5, has already topped the US Active Rock chart, while Leave Me Behind and Make Me Love You explore the band’s more vulnerable side.
With nearly 65 million albums sold worldwide, Nickelback have built a catalogue that includes How You Remind Me, Photograph, Rockstar and Far Away. Love them or loathe them, few rock bands of their generation can match those numbers.
The Everything Under The Sun Tour kicks off in North America in February before travelling through the UK and Europe and arriving in Australia in October.
And with the Hunter Valley now added to the itinerary, NSW fans have another chance to catch the band on what promises to be a mammoth return.
Everything Under The Sun is out now via Virgin Music Group. Tickets for the Australian tour are on sale now.
