Track: Baxter Dury – Celebrate Me

Tom Berd

Baxter Dury has shared the video for ‘Celebrate Me’ the third track from his forthcoming seventh studio album ‘I Thought I Was Better Than You’, due on the 2nd of June via Heavenly Recordings.

Baxter on his new track “A stream of consciousness rant about being predictably bohemian, west London-ish and attention seeking.”

There really isn’t anyone that sounds like Dury. His glum drawl delivery is infectious over the keys and strings that sound like they were recorded underwater allowing his swirling lyricism to be more prominent. Went you want something like Baxter Dury there only really is Baxter Dury.
