Norwegian eight piece Jaga Jazzist have returned with a new album, their first since 2015’s ‘Starfire’, called ‘Pyramid’, out on April 24th via Flying Lotus’ imprint Brainfeeder.
From it the band have shared a track, ‘Spiral Era’. It’s a heady mix of synthy post-rock, along with their usual jazz stylings and a nod to the cosmic psychedelia that infiltrates so much of the Brainfeeder output. More than that though, it’s jam-packed full of good tunes.
