Toronto four piece Hooded Fang have announced their new album ‘Venus On Furs’ is to be released on 13th May via Daps Records. To whet the appetite a little further the experimental indie rockers have released a slice of what we can expect in the shape of a track, Tunnel Vision.
It begins with this almost hypnotic guitar riff, thats soon scuffed up and kicked around by some sleazy, edgy guitars. From there, when the vocal kicks in, it jolts and veers forward and back, this way and….well everywhere. There’s more ideas afoot here than in most people’s albums. Its actually rather extraordinary.
