Nashville based indie band Flight Attendant are back with a new song, Dogs, their first new music of the year, following last years Man of Chaos and Comedy Show, and comes ahead of the bands debut album – out later in the year via Moraine Music in association with Membran.
Of the new track, vocalist Karalyne Winegarner says “We wanted to get this year off to a more upbeat start, so we went with a straightforward rock track with jumping rhythms and melodies, plus viola, guitar and piano hook,”
If you need something that makes you smile, and move and generally fall madly in love with, then Dogs is for you. It’s got these frankly irresistable guitar hooks, joined by strings later in the piece as it blasts forward with this sort of pop-punk energy that drags you along with it. And those melodies…… damn, they’re good.
