Brighton’s DITZ have released a new track, Role Model, taken from their forthcoming 5 Songs EP, out on glorious pink And black vinyl via Alcopop! Records on 3rd July. The EP contains the new single , alongside previous singles Seeking Arrangement, Gayboy and Total 90 and a cover of the Peaches single Fuck the Pain Away.
Role Model is a gloriously noisey and messy slice of punk/noise rock in the style of Slaves et al. After the nervous beginnings, this wiry guitar line building the tension it explodes into a melee, with scuffed guitars wheeling around this almost chanted chorus.
Breathless and brilliant.
