Middlesbrough’s Leddie MC shares her new single ‘Count On Me’ featuring Eve Conway.
Produced by herself and engineered by Jamie Donnelly, ‘Count On Me’ is an ode to her 4 year old Niece.
As Leddie writes:
“‘Count On Me’ touches on situations many of us have found ourselves in from time to time – up the creek without a paddle, feeling like we have been thrown to the wolves, and reiterates the fact that she will be there in a heartbeat for her Niece, in her time of need.”
The soulful guitar work and the hypnotic vocals from both Leddie and Conway give this a laid back vibe. The sincerity of her lyrics comes through and is perhaps Leddie’s unique gift when it comes to her work. Heartfelt and captivating lyrics over a back beats that sticks in your head for hours.
