Good news for indie-pop lovers – Australia’s beloved San Cisco is back in the game with a brand new single and a fifth studio album that’s bound to rock your world. The Fremantle trio, famous for their infectious tunes, has just unleashed ‘High,’ a single that’s got everyone talking. Plus, there’s a shiny new album, ‘Under The Light,’ to look forward to, set to drop on March 1, 2024.

Let’s dive into the single that’s setting the scene – ‘High.’ This track is a rollercoaster ride of emotions that explores the dizzying highs and the terrifying lows of falling in love. It’s that feeling of being head over heels for someone, but also grappling with those nagging insecurities. You know, that ‘lovers imposter syndrome’ when you worry that maybe you’re not impressive enough for your special someone. ‘High’ captures all those ups and downs, leaving us craving more of San Cisco’s signature sound .

To add some icing on the cake, they’ve also treated us to a mesmerizing music video. Directed by Levi Cranston and shot in the enchanting Blue Mountains of New South Wales, it starts off as a sweet love story but takes some surprising twists along the way. It’s a love story with a sinister edge that’ll keep you on the edge of your seat, and it’s a story that’s far from over.

But that’s not all, folks! The trio will be hitting the UK for a headline show at Scala in London on June 11, 2024. For the icing on the cake – the Australian tour! San Cisco is renowned for their high-energy live performances, and they’re hitting the road once again to share their electrifying music with fans across the country. Starting in November, the tour will take them to Kingscliff, Brisbane, Sydney, Gosford, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Perth. They won’t be doing it alone; fellow Fremantle rising star Noah Dillon will be joining them for the ride. It’s a tour that promises to be an unforgettable experience for fans old and new.

Now, let’s talk about the main event – ‘Under The Light.’ This fifth studio album is a journey into a more mature and experimental phase for San Cisco. It’s like they’ve unlocked a new level of creativity and vulnerability. The album was crafted during intense studio sessions in LA and Fremantle and is a collaborative masterpiece with the help of producer James Ireland (of Pond and Cuco fame), Grammy-winning engineer Neal H. Pogue, and Anthony Dolhai. It’s a mesmerizing blend of indie and alt-pop with some electronic, garage, and house music vibes thrown into the mix.

So, mark your calendars for March 1, 2024, and get ready to be swept ‘Under The Light’ with San Cisco. With ‘High’ as a tantalizing preview, this album promises to be an unforgettable musical journey that you won’t want to miss. Get ready to groove, feel, and dance your heart out!
