Track: Savage Mansion release the brilliant Football Weather – new album and tour dates on the horizon

Glasgow- based quintet Savage Mansion have shared the second single from their forthcoming Golden Mountain, Here I Come album, out February 25th via Lost Map, Football Weather. Subscribers to the labels PostMapClub will already have it, and lucky they are too.

Remerging post-lockdown as a five piece, Craig Angus (vocals, guitar), Andrew Macpherson (guitar), Beth Chalmers (keys), Jamie Dubber (bass) and Lewis Orr (drums), the band are on fine form and Football Weather is a dazzling introduction to the album, all Parquet Court guitars here and art-rock stylings there. Best of all though is the frankly irresistible melodies that underpin it all.

Check it out below, and go see them on tour with the equally brilliant Pictish Trail. Details at the bottom.
