The Budos Band share new single ‘Long In The Tooth’ taken from the album ‘Long In The Tooth’ due October 9th via Daptone Records
“In some ways, itʼs reminiscent of our first two albums The Budos Band and Budos II,” says Tom Brenneck. “We branched off on Burnt Offering and Budos V. Now, weʼre still moving forward. You can play these songs on the dance-floor. We knew the horns had to stand out too. Thinking about hip-hop allowed us to put the bounce back into The Budos.”
Take everything thats cool and throw it into a track and you have ‘Long In The Tooth’. Great sounding drums, bright horns, Reservoir Dogs cool guitar and of course a hammond organ give this track a cracking great groove. If James Bond was a composition.
