It’s a celebration of sexual agency and the power generated by the physical merging of entities, the power that brings into being and how it will overcome evil….”
The blend of their two voices over the dark electronic beats works so well and we are gifted a track that sounds fresh. Its hypnotic steady thumb of the bass contrasts with the screaming sax and shimmering synths that create a mystic vibe that is echoed in the video and the psychedelic lyrics.

The Waeve started life after Graham and Rose met backstage at a London venue in late 2020. After exchanging playlists, they found they had plenty of common ground and musical kinships to explore. They began working on material and recording at Graham’s home studio in north London. The ten tracks on their debut album are the results of this intense collaboration, daring each other to write better and probe deeper.
