Indie-rock darlings, Yumi Zouma have released a new video for the track ‘If I Had The Heart For Chasing’. The track features on their new album ‘Present Tense’ – now available via Polyvinyl Record Co. and [PIAS] Australia.

The New Zealand-based quartet comprising Olivia Campion (Drums), Christie Simpson (Vocals), Charlie Ryder (Bass, Guitar, Keys) and Josh Burgess (Bass, Guitar, Keys, Vocals) have spoken about how the video is a visually striking love letter to life on the road, and the bond that exists between the members of the band.

“Cut from a mixture of footage from our March European Tour shot by Josh and 35mm pics shot by everyone! It was the first time we had been together since 2020 and it really rocked. Enjoy and thank you if you were at one of the shows and if not we will see you at one of the next ones <3.”

It’s a gorgeous, nostalgic short film that perfectly complements the blissful indie-pop track. Take a look at it below.
