Fresh off their appearances at Splendour in the Grass and supporting the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Automatic played a packed out Lansdowne tonight. Automatic are a post-punk band from Los Angeles, California. Made up of Izzy Glaudini (synths, lead vocals), Lola Dompé (drums, vocals) and Halle Saxon (bass, vocals). The band was formed in 2017 and quickly gained attention for their energetic and danceable sound that draws influences from the late 1970s and early 1980s post-punk and new wave movements.
