Brothertiger is actually Brooklyn based musician and producer John Jagos. Releasing his first music under the moniker whilst still a sophomore at Ohio University, the Vision Tunnels EP in 2009. Since then he’s released a couple of well received albums, and is now preparing for the release of his third full length, Out of Touch, out on December 4th.
From it Jagos has released a taster in the shape of Beyond the Infinite. Right from the off its warm and rippling electronics bring the last vestiges of summer to mind. It continues to saunders onwards as the vocal enters, as it wavers beautifully between synth pop and electronica. The chorus glimmers with its sugary flavoured melodic pop.
