Today Alice Low announced her debut EP Transatlantic Sugar, set for release April 21st. There is also a new single out today, titled ”Friutcake”. Alice has steadily toured for the last 12 months, sharing stages with acts like Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, Cate Le Bon and Black Midi. She will perform with Aldous Harding at The Barbican on April 29th. Huw Stephens also recently made Alice artist of the week on BBC Wales. Alice’s avant-garde performance, unhinged energy, and emotional lyrics have carved a niche that suggests an artist doing things entirely on their own terms.
