Hot on the heels of their debut single ‘Animal’, Berkshire-based Black Prussia are back as they keep rolling the punches with their latest offering, ‘Delightfully Spiteful’, out now. Doubling down on their chaotic, rock-’n’-roll-powered vibrance, the duo looks to gear up to the next level.
Wasting no time, ‘Delightfully Spiteful’ pulls no punches as Black Prussia add even more fuel to their indistinguishable fire. The new single fuses wild alt-rock energy with the breakneck spirit of punk and the full-throttle punch of 80s metal, pairing gritty lyricism with roaring, distorted guitar lines. As the track shifts from section to section, its unruly momentum positions the duo as unforgettable newcomers—storming through the scene with no intention of slowing down.
Speaking about the release and the legacy they hope to carve out, the band say: “We’re excited with the latest single. Our first single was a statement, but this one truly showcases our range and our intent to become a mainstay in the UK rock scene.”
Formed in 2017, Black Prussia have become known for their empowering swagger, thunderous rhythms and razor-sharp production. Following a brief hiatus, the pair reconvened in 2023 with a renewed drive to push their high-octane brand of alternative rock even further. Frontman Tanaka Mapepa and lead guitarist Winston Alla continue to tear through the airwaves with unapologetic force—revitalising the everlasting rock ’n’ roll spirit with every release.
