American deathcore outfit Oceano will tour Australia in October 2025, performing a farewell set focused exclusively on their formative albums Depths (2009) and Contagion (2010). The “Depths Down Under” Tour will see the band return to Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne with a lineup drawn from the Depths and Contagion recording eras. It marks the final time these records will be performed live in full.

Formed in Cook County, Illinois in 2006, Oceano signed with Earache Records, home to extreme metal pioneers including Napalm Death and Carcass. Their debut Depths introduced their blend of blast beats, guttural vocals and downtuned riffs, earning them a foothold in the U.S. deathcore scene. Follow-up Contagion climbed to No. 3 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart and cemented their status within the genre.

Following a series of well-received albums, including Incisions and Ascendants, Oceano released what would be their final studio album, Living Chaos, in 2024. Now, with the band preparing to move on to new projects, this Australian run offers a final opportunity to witness their early material live.

OCEANO Australian Tour Dates:
Wednesday 15 Oct – BRISBANE – BRIGHTSIDE
Thursday 16 Oct – SYDNEY – CROWBAR
Friday 17 Oct – ADELAIDE – LION ARTS
Saturday 18 Oct – MELBOURNE – THE CORNER
