PREMIERE: AM Higgins extends an invite into the world of her lush debut album ‘Hymning’

Last month, we premiered the beautiful ‘Anchors’, the lead single proper from Chicagoan export Annie Toth’s debut album as AM Higgins – a solo project that’s fleshed out into a full band on said 8-song record, called Hymning (which was signposted earlier in the year by teaser track ‘Peaks & Plains’). Toth is now based in rural France, and that experience of leaving behind a bustling metropolis for something alien yet welcoming is documented on the full-length. Ahead of its imminent arrival via Toulouse-based label Victorialand (named, of course, after the 1986 album by Cocteau Twins), we’re delighted to share the whole thing. It’s out tomorrow, but if you just can’t wait—and we get it, we’ve been excited about this one for a while—you can stream it in full below.
