Premiere: Eucereon releases the beautiful melancholic indie-folk of ‘Go’

UK/US based indie folk singer, songwriter and producer Eucereon has unveiled her new single ‘Go’. – written in Denmark, produced in the UK and released in the US, and we’re delighted to be able to premiere it right here on Backseat Mafia this morning.

Of the track, Eucereon says “Go is about codependency masquerading as love, and the fear of leaving when you’re made to feel you can not leave. The context of the song is based on one particular evening, as many of my songs are.

Beautiful finger picked guitar underpins ‘Go’, the folk-flecked ballad pulled close to you by its soft vocals, alongside brushes of synth and minimal percussion. It floats over a sea of melancholy and straight into your heart, with an intimacy not many artists can match.
