Premiere: Humble are ‘Wasted on Purpose’ as they exclusively reveal the psychedelic video for the low-fi track.

Kiama band Humble exclusively reveal for us their new video for the track ‘Wasted on Purpose’ from their debut album ‘There’s Still Time’, recently reviewed by Backseat Mafia.

‘Wasted on Purpose’ begins in a haze of feedback and chaos – a sort of Velvet Underground psychedelic fog, before drifting into a Dinosaur Jnr style slacker pop: all sallow and palely loitering in a blaze of chemically-induced indolence.

The video, directed by band member Stephen Holmes, is a blur of visuals – fairgrounds and forests in a psychedelic melange with art works and performance shots as if the creation of some deep dreaming in the aftermath of a long night out.
