Italians The Diaphanoids have emerged with a new track ‘FYW’ from their upcoming album Blessed Poisons, to be released via People In The Sky Records on 8th August.
Formed in 2001 by Andrea Bellentani and Simon Maccari, they have two previous albums under their name; Astral Weekend from 2008 and LSME from 2014.
They return for their third rotation and ‘FYW’ offers hallucinogenic qualities with its reverberating, oscillating synth melody underpinning everything, with overlapping hazy lyrics and jangling assorted percussion. The track twists and mutates as it progresses, creating a beautiful soundscape to enable the listener to gently drift away.
