Say Psych: Video Premiere: JuJu – Master and Servants

‘Master and Servants’ is the third single taken from JuJu’s latest album, Maps and Territory, which is out now on Fuzz Club Records.

The video for ‘Master and Servants’ is built using stock footage, the same type of images that are used in industrial or commercial videos. Models on exotic beaches and in luxury contexts alternate with visions of futuristic cities and industrial installations, as if to underline through the distortion of the images, the commodification of women that pose for these “generic” videos and their connection to the capitalist context, which generated them.
